With the endless onslaught of new music every Friday it’s hard to keep up with all the new releases. We’ve curated the essential new albums and projects out today for you to check out.

Iceboy Violet – The Vanity Project

At the cutting edge of the North West’s experimental scene, Iceboy Violet’s debut mixtape comes off the back of impressive appearances on recent albums by aya, Loraine James, 96 Back and Blackhaine.

Maverick Sabre – Don’t Forget to Look Up

Irish singer and songwriter Maverick Sabre shares his fourth studio album Don’t Forget to Look Up which features guest appearances from Demae, Nile Rodgers and Sasha Keable.

BenjiFlow – The Thrill

North-London rapper BenjiFlow shares his most ambitious work to date, blending UK R&B, Afro-cuban rhythms, West African pop, and sounds of South America such as samba, bossa nova, and salsa across The Thrill‘s nine tracks.

Class Craic Records – Members Only

Belfast-based multi-disciplinary arts collective Class Craic share their debut EP with cbakl, Dressrosa, Lacuna and more chipping in on the collaborative project.

Na-Kel Smith – SKULLFACE BONEHEAD

Feverish production and pitched vocals lay the foundations for Na-Kel Smith’s otherworldly project.

Samm Henshaw – Untidy Soul

Samm Henshaw’s debut album contains features from Maverick Sabre, Tobe Nwigwe and Keyon Harrold and comes of the back of a performance on James Cordon’s Late Late show.

PinkPantheress – to hell with it (Remixes)

BBC Sound of 2022 winner PinkPantheress is the name on everyone’s lips and she’s recruited the cavalry for a reworked version of her debut tape.
