The Nuxsense crew came correct with this one. Sharing DNA with Wu-Tang’s marital arts inspired releases, Jehnova, luthorist, Zimback and siiv join forces on a collaborative project that sees the rap trio go bar for bar over 100 per cent siiv production. Tap in.
Mick Jenkins – The Patience
One of the most consistent rappers of the past decade is back with The Patience. The 11 track album includes features from JID, Vic Mensa, Benny The Butcher and Freddie Gibbs.
Genesis Owusu – STRUGGLER
Earlier this week Genesis Owusu shared the video for ‘Stay Blessed‘. Seven days before the shoot he asked on Instagram for bald people to turn up at a location and the results are better than you’d even imagine. Now, he’s dropped the full album STRUGGLER. Don’t sleep.
Ovrkast. – RESET!
Oakland rapper Ovrkast. is quickly becoming one of our favourite new rappers. Melancholic head nodder ‘TBH!‘ has stayed in our rotation since release and the EP has made good on the promise of previous drops – there’s no skips.
Supershy – Happy Music
Supershy is Tom Misch’s electronic alias and yes, the whole record goes just as hard as you’d imagine.
