Words: Dylan Murphy

With the endless onslaught of new music every Friday it’s hard to keep up with all the new releases. We’ve curated the essential new albums and projects out today for you to check out.

luthorist – Faith In Me

Available via Bandcamp only, Luthorist’s Faith In Me is his first self-produced body of work. The Dublin-based rapper and member of Nuxsense showcases his Brazilian roots in a tape that wouldn’t feel out of place on the shelf next to an Alchemist record.

The Alchemist – One More

Speaking of The Alchemist, he just released a three track EP with two of the best in the underground right now. One More lands as part of a collaborative campaign by Tommy Hilfiger and Patta and features contributions from MIKE and Wiki. The Capsule drops December 2.

Stormzy – This Is What I Mean

Following one of the music videos of the year for ‘Mel Made Me Do It’, big Mike continued in a rich vein of form, releasing ‘Firebabe’ and ‘Hide & Seek’. Now, he’s dropped his third album This Is What I Mean.

Daire Patel – Pretty Sweet

Word Up Collective artist Daire Patel shares his debut EP before the year is out.

Louis Culture – When Life Presents Obstacles
