The date was confirmed in a Zoom cast reunion yesterday
Reese Witherspoon is going to grace our screens again as her most iconic role, Elle Woods. Yesterday, in a cast reunion on Zoom, it was confirmed that the film will be released in May 2022.
The first two Legally Blonde films dominated the noughties. Witherspoon first announced the third instalment on Instagram in 2018. She will be joined by cast members Jennifer Coolidge as Paulette and Luke Wilson as Emmet.
It has since been revealed that the script will be written by Mindy Kaling and Dan Goor, creator of Brooklyn 99.
