The Library Project’s October reopening commences with a new exhibition to launch the fourth issue of Boys, Boys, Boys – featuring work by Irish photographer Charles Moriarty.

Queer photography magazine Boys! Boys! Boys! will celebrate the launch of its fourth issue at the Library Project, Temple Bar with a launch party this Friday October 7 from 6-8.

The arts and culture bookshop’ reopened this week with a new exhibition featuring work by photographers from the new issue, including Irish photographer Charles Moriarty.

Boys, Boys, Boys was launched by the Little Black Gallery and is curated by co-founder Ghislain Pascal. The publication aims to celebrate gay and queer photography and represents sixty-five photographers internationally, including China, India, Iran, Poland, Russia and Turkey.

The magazine has become a global platform offering exhibitions, books, a bi-annual magazine, photography courses, competitions, and an online art platform.

It also runs a sister digital publication Girls! Girls! Girls! which celebrates photography for and by queer people and women-loving-women.

Volume 4 features works from ten photographers based across the United States, Belgium, Germany, France, Poland, Russia and Ireland. Irish photographer Charles Moriarty is but of these photographers, who in the past has published successful photo-books including a volume of previously unseen photos of Amy Winehouse before her first album Frank came out.
