Shares in Zoom plummet after Pfizer vaccine announcement

Shares in the video-call app declined after the announcement of a Covid 19 vaccine.

Shares in Zoom have begun to plummet after the announcement of a possible Covid 19 vaccine. The app grew in popularity when the Covid 19 outbreak began and people were asked to work from home.

Stocks in Zoom fell by 11% after Pfizer announced the release of a 90% effective Covid 19 vaccine.

Though the vaccine will allow the world to return to normality, some people online have pointed out the importance and need for the continuation of Zoom conferences and working from home.
