Sonder drop ‘TOO LATE TO DIE YOUNG’ featuring Jorja Smith

Following hints last night, the group fronted by Brent Faiyaz shared a new 13 minute project on Youtube.
Brent Faiyaz fan’s insatiable need for new music has been kept at bay throughout quarantine. The enigmatic RnB has moved from the shadows to share new music with Tyler, The Creator and even shared a surprise EP that was only available on Dropbox.
Now, he’s revived his group Sonder for a surprise project that landed on Youtube last night. Too Late To Die Young came after Jorja Smith hinted at a collaboration after tagging Sonder on her story last night. Rather than a single, it the LA-based group have shared 13 minutes of new music complete with hazy visuals.
Sonder is made up of Baltimore native Brent Faiyaz, Dpat and Atu. However, eagle-eyed fans online noticed the group no longer follows Atu on Instagram and he didn’t appear in the video either.
It’s not clear where Jorja Smith feature on the project yet, but speculative guesses online have said her backing vocals appear around the fourth song on the new project.
