Subset give Container Coffee a makeover

By Emily Mullen

New paint job who dis?

Container Coffee has been given a facelift, thanks to the dab hands of Subset. The cafe which operates out of a refurbed shipping container off Thomas street has been upgraded. Moving away from the royal blue colour, KAMBO in Subset added their hallmark rainbow opaque lines and the black surround to the premises. The cafe definitely stands out against the red brick and concrete of Thomas Street now.

Thanking The Digital Hub for allowing the cafe to “brighten up the area”, representatives from Container Coffee seemed chuffed with the end result. crediting Subset with “their vision” they wrote, “to say we love it would be an understatement.”

Variations of this KAMBO design have been spotted around Dublin on the front of Network cafe, Proper Order coffee, New Empire Chinese, and the side of Pizza Truck.
