SYLK go in trap-influenced direction with ‘That’s On You’

“The extrovert lyrics of the song represent an inner fiery attitude and a sensitive soul that takes no shit.”

While previous tracks like 2018’s ‘Girl’ and ‘All In Ur Head’ have been more EDM-tinged, SYLK go down a different lane with ‘That’s On You’, once again linking up with Darragh Locke for additional vocals.

“We merged genres that inspire us, we aim to create music & art that connects people and gives a sense of inner power,  confidence & human connection. This song was influenced by world genres, the past, present and the future. The extrovert lyrics of the song represent an inner fiery attitude and a sensitive soul that takes no shit.”

SYLK released the ominous and pounding  ‘Am I Alone’ in early 2017 followed by their EP ‘nwyr’, which led to appearances at Forbidden Fruit Festival, Body&Soul, Hard Working Class Heroes, Electric Picnic and a headline show in Button Factory.
