A couple of days after launching Wuuf in Dublin Zoo chef Gavin McDonagh has launched another spot in Dublin’s Phoenix Park attraction.

Located in The Cove near The Sea Lions, the Chicken Hut is serving up chicken burgers, tenders and fries to the hungry zoo-goers. This is not your average zoo-food fare, there are truffle and parmesan fries, harissa tenders and buttermilk chicken burgers topped with roasted garlic.
