Thumbstopper: KAM-BU takes aim in ‘Growth Freestyle’

Words: Dylan Murphy

Stop scrolling – Thumbstopper is the must listen to song of the day. Today, rising London spitter KAM-BU comes through with a powerful and tongue-twisting new freestyle.

Though a relative new comer to the scene, KAM-BU has shown he can chop it up with the big guns and to date has married style and substance without compromising his mission statement.

Following collaborations with the likes of Lord Apex and Louis Culture, KAM-BU has shared uncompromising solo cuts of his own including ‘Black on Black’ and ‘Are You On’ which both featured production from Leon Vynehall.

Today, he’s shared ‘Growth Freestyle’, a turbulent, whirlwind of a track with no hook that sees KAM flex his lyrical dexterity and equally put political failings under the microscope.
