‘Grá Mór’ “puts Inis Oírr at the heart of the Caribbean”.
Ushmush has just shared a new video for ‘Grá Mór’, a track which “reimagines Oisín i dTír Na nÓg’s encounter with Niamh in a modern Jamaican dancehall setting”. It may sound like a bizarre combination, but the artist’s self-styled ‘reggaelton’ really does land.
Directed by Caimin Jacob, the accompanying visuals are set on the coast backdropped by a sunset. Check it out below.
