Vietnom is Reopening This Week

In time for the bank holiday weekend, Vietnom is reopening in the back of the Glimmerman.

Vietnom had taken a break for the traditionally quiet months of January and February, with Gumbo popping up in their stead.

Vietnom is a Vietnamese fusion food truck founded by Milly Murphy and Alex Gurnee. They started serving their banh mi and Saigon tostadas in 2018 using locally sourced and predominantly organic ingredients. While they began as a vegetarian focused, their menu now includes meaty options.
