Walkinstown stalwarts Cluck Chicken open a second spot

Clucking and trucking

Cluck Chicken are one of the pandemic success stories. The food truck launched by Elaine and Ian in October 2020 off the Walkinstown roundabout, has gone from strength to strength in that time.

The family businesses have been faced with all the typical setbacks of trading in Dublin but have managed to set down firm roots and are now set to fly the coop and start in a new location.

From July 1st, the cluckers will be moving their truck to Bray, while retaining their spot in Walkinstown.

Their new spot will be on the Bray seafront, on the grounds of Hibernia Bray, alongside Choo Choo BBQ and The Woodfired Pizza Company.

The Cluck Chicken food truck made a name for themselves in Dublin 12, serving up 24-hour buttermilk brined twice floured chicken tenders and burgers, and Maldon sea-salted fries.

You can find the Cluck Truck’s new spot in The Hibernia Bray, on Bray Seafront, where they will be open from 12pm Thursday – Sunday, follow them on Instagram for more information.
