Wastefellow ends hiatus with papered visuals for ‘Post Credits Scene’

Tune into the new Cannes nominated video.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had fresh music from Wastefellow. The producer returned this week with his most imaginative video to date in ‘Post Credits Scene’. The visuals land after a hiatus, where the multi-genre artist went through a period of musical and personal growth and made sense of a sudden, life-changing loss.

Providing the first taste of his forthcoming debut album, which is scheduled for 2023, ‘Post Credits Scene’ comes after months of designing and rehashing banks of sounds that were resampled to the point they became wholly new elements.

The video comes courtesy of frequent collaborator Conor Donoghue winning a Shark award and getting nominated for Cannes festival. Hand animated for over a year, the video came to fruition after film footage was printed out and manipulated frame by frame.
