The visuals land as part of a wider short film that is divided into four parts.
Having revealed their debut album Small Talk is landing July 9 2021, Dublin four-piece Soda Blonde have followed up their hot streak of singles with a new video for ‘Small Talk’.
The group announced the news on Instagram yesterday saying:
“A few months ago we sat down at a round table and decided that, rather than make one music video, we would attempt to make a short film in 4 parts. We wrote a story inspired by our own journeys through marriage, family, social politics and addiction. We delved deep into the Ancient Greek Rituals of the Dionysian Mysteries and added a pinch of that too. Pulling off the shoot was an enormous undertaking with the restrictions. But through the incredible talent and efforts of our extraordinary cast and crew we are very proud to present the first two parts of the story.”
Landing via Velveteen Records, the new record is entirely self-produced and sees the group reflecting on their 20s.
