Dublin’s favourite brewery, Whiplash, is popping up at Track Brewing on March 30, and to celebrate, they are releasing a collab beer.

The limited edition collab is still in the fermenting stages but will likely be samplable soon from fidelity—the Big Romance Whiplash cross-over bar in Dublin 7. The teaser was released on their Instagram story yesterday. So we know it’s coming.

Track Brewing introduces American-style pale ales and IPAs with what founder Sam Dyson describes as “a bit of wallop” to Manchester drinkers. This has been his aim since he launched Track in November 2014. This was after he’d cycled tens of thousands of miles through the United States, South America, Australia, New Zealand, and mainland Europe.

Whiplash Beer is an award-winning, independent microbrewery from Dublin, Ireland. Founded in 2016, Whiplash started off as a weekend project making one-off beers. It quickly went full-time to keep up with demand, eventually leading to Whiplash building its own custom-designed brewery in Ballyfermot. Now with a team of 13, Whiplash produces both traditional and modern style beers with 4-6 limited edition specials per month and a year-round range of permanent beers – check them out here!
