Anderson .Paak to perform live in Dublin after Bruno Mars support

Anderson .Paak and his band The Free Nationals have been confirmed for an intimate, but very brief, Dublin City set.

On Sunday April 30 pop-funk musician Bruno Mars will perform live in the 3Arena. On support duties for the night is one of the biggest names in modern hip hop, Anderson .Paak.

The California rapper has close ties with fellow statemen Dr Dre and The Game, featuring on their albums, but has since carved out a solid place for himself in the US hip hop scene.

He’s also fond of the slightly more left field, releasing a collaborative album with Knxledge as NxWorries on Stones Throw.

It’s been confirmed that he will perform an after show in The Academy with his band The Free Nationals. According to a press release it’ll be a particularly short, three song set, including a DJ set.

Tickets are €26 including booking fee, and go on sale Thursday March 16 at 10am. Doors at 10pm.
