Body&Soul add more names to 2017 bill

Each year Body&Soul further solidifies itself as one of the best festivals in Ireland.

It’s gone from a wonderfully weird little festival, to an event that can hold its own, while keeping its quirks and eccentricities.

They’re back in Ballinlough Castle, Co Westmeath once again this summer, taking over the old grounds for the solstice on June 23 – 25.

In February they announced Metronomy, Vitalic, Lambchop, Sleaford Mods, Optimo, La Femme, Songhoy Blues, Birdy Nam Nam, Hundred Waters, Tiggs Da Author, Anna Meredith, Formation, Idiotape, King Kong Company, A Tribe Called Red, Mammút, Elaine Mai, DBFC, Weval, Avalon Emerson, Mr TC, Miss Red & The Bug, Loah and Kelly-Anne Byrne.

Now they’ve added Mykki Blanco, who produced one of the best albums of 2016Austra, Sinkane, The Moonlandingz, Parcels, Mario Batkovic, maeve, the HomeBeat collective, Alice Club Night, Æ MAK, TooFools, Ailbhe Reddy, Shookrah, Sing Along Social, LE BOOM, Joni, Ollie Bell, Jinx Lennon, BARQ, Katie Laffan and John Conneely.
