By Emily Mullen

Big news for burger fans

After three years of serving up tasty fare from Sandymount green, BuJo is finally expanding their burger business. Announcing the news through Instagram on April 25, the BuJo-ers said that they would be opening a premises in Castleknock.

The new spot will be “pretty unique” in keeping with current restrictions it will have a “drive-thru meets click & collect” setup.

“We cannot wait to be part of another great Dublin community and bring our chargrilled, grass fed burgers,” the announcement reads.

BuJo also said that the Dublin 15 spot will be headed up by their culinary director Gráinne O’Keefe.

The launch does not appear to be too far away, with the company hoping to hire 20 new staff “immediately”.

BuJo has earned some serious acclaim for their burger spot out in Dublin 4’s Sandymount. One of the first to launch an at-home cooking kit, BuJo have continued to supply the households of Ireland with top-notch burgers throughout the lockdown.
