The day before Paddy’s Day, a Brazilian-influenced burger bar opened in Dublin 6. Burger Lab is from the same team as Good Food Store and the soon-to-launch Si Senor.
Burger Lab is about meticulously designed burgers using completely homemade and local ingredients. Guests can choose from five different burgers, three of which are beef options, one chicken, and one vegan.
To accompany your burger of choice, there’s a variety of sides, including scamorza bites, onion rings, truffle parmesan fries and dips, including bacon guava jam.
