Copper + Straw are expanding into Dublin

Making the big leap across that county line

Copper + Straw are expanding into Dublin, the Bray-based cafe announced the news that they would be opening a new premises in Dublin 7 imminently. Founder of Copper + Straw, Stephen Kennedy announced the news over Instagram writing “we’ve just signed the lease on a new premises and a new Copper + Straw will be popping up somewhere SOON”.

“None of this would be happening if it wasn’t for the overwhelming support we get every day from our wonderful customers in Bray. THANK YOU. You’re the reason dreams come true,” Kennedy added.

The specialist coffee shop will be opening in Dublin 7, with the Copper + Straw team actively hiring for full and part-time baristas at the time of writing.

The cafe works with suppliers like Firehouse bakery, Maison Moli and microlots sourced from the likes of Bailies Coffee Roasters, Five Elephant and LOT61 Coffee Roasters.
