Cork’s Cuttin’ Heads host Touchy Subject, Clockwerk, Jar Jar Jr & more for birthday weekender

Other artists on board include Hazey Haze from Limerick’s Same D4ence, Colm K, Naive Ted & more.

On Saturday November 10 and Sunday November 11 Cuttin’ Heads Collective will host a third birthday weekender, celebrating everything the hip hop crew are about.

“There’s no doubt Ireland’s hip hop scene has gone from strength to strength and Cuttin’ Heads Collective have been flying the flag for all things hip hop, beats and turntablism, giving artists from Ireland and abroad a platform to perform as well as meet similar minded sound heads.

“The 15 strong Cuttin’ Heads team encompasses designers, producers, DJs, breakers and rappers whose talents bring a fresh slice of Irish style to the constantly growing hip hop community.”

On the Saturday they take over The Poor Relation, Cork bringing in UK turntablist and producer Touchy Subject for a DJ set. Also on the bill is Clockwerk from Germany and will be performing a live set. Naive Ted, Hazey Haze of Same D4ence, Ophelia, Danny Deepo and Gavin DaVinci complete the line up.

On day two in Vicarstown Colm K of Sunday Times is joined by Soft Boy Records’ Jar Jar Jr for a hybrid live/DJ set.

Tickets are only available on the door. Click here for more.
