Here Are The Artists Taking Over Dublin For Our Beavertown Weekender

Two nights. Six venues. No tickets. Some food and pints on us. On Friday 10th and Saturday 11th October, we’re joining forces with Beavertown once again for the Beavertown Weekender, a two-day takeover of iconic Dublin pubs.

Over the two nights, six venues across the city will be spontaneously transformed into a playground of live music, food, and games. However, you need to be quick if you want to join in on the fun because we will only be in each pub for a couple of hours before embarking on the next stop of our Weekender.

For your convenience, we have posted the full program of acts and activities below. No tickets. Just show up, and dive in. You can see the full lineup here.

Friday
10th October

After-Work Drinks with District

The Fourth Corner
Friday 10th October [17.30-19.30]

The party starts here. We’re clocking off for the weekend and joining our gracious Weekender Hosts Dafe (Tebi Rex) and Ahmed With Love to kick off the Weekend’s activities. District DJs will set the tone and ease you into the night. Throughout our time at The Fourth Corner our hosts will be running challenges for our guests to win Beavertown merch, and more. The particularly eager among you can claim some complimentary burgers and Neck Oil courtesy of our friends at Beavertown.

You heard that right: Food and pints on us for the first through the door. We’ll see you there.

The Main Event

Whelan’s
Friday 10th October [19:30–22:30]

We’re packing out Whelan’s for “The Main Event”. We’ve booked some of our favourite acts who specialise in putting on a party vibe. Between sets, expect limbo competitions, arcade battles, and plenty more surprises along the way.

EFÉ: One of Ireland’s most exciting young pop voices. She’s colourful, commanding and guaranteed to have you singing along.

Cooks But We’re Chefs: The Dublin jazz-funk collective built for Friday nights. Their horns, grooves and wall-to-wall energy will have you dancing in no time.

Lil Skag & Friends: The Enniscorthy rapper’s sets are notorious — messy, hilarious and impossible to look away from. Expect carnage.

The Afterparty

Pawn Shop
Friday 10th October [22:00–00:00]

Sprints B2B Gurriers: Punk fury repurposed for the decks. Two of Ireland’s rawest live acts transform into selectors for a sweaty, chaotic close to night one. Our hosts wrap up Friday’s challenges and crown the winners.

Saturday
11th October

Toner’s Yard Takeover

Toner’s
Saturday 11th October [17:00–21:00]

We’re taking over arguably the best beer garden in the city for an evening of incredible music al fresco.

Rub a Dub Hi Fi Soundsystem bring their legendary soundsystem outdoors. Expect deep reggae and dub cuts played the way they’re meant to be heard: on their massive Jamaican-style sound system. So big, and so loud, they often have trouble finding a venue for it. Picture yourself with a refreshing pint of Neck Oil in hand, soaking up the atmosphere as those rich, heavy records roll through the evening and rattle your ribcage.

Ceilí Beag with John Francis Flynn and Tomás of Ispíní na hÉireann & Friends: Ireland’s most fearless trad innovator joined by the anarchic trad-punk heroes. Expect tradition turned upside down.

Pint & Toastie Power Hour

Grogan’s
Saturday 11th October [18:00–19:30]

Sneak away from the reggae to nab a piping hot toastie and a Neck Oil in Grogan’s. It’s the kind of cosy, no-frills session the pub has nailed for decades.

The Closing Party

RIOT Bar
Saturday 11th October [21:00–00:00]

Saturday goes late.

Cable Boy: Industrial club energy, razor-sharp synths and heavy-hitting rhythms that don’t let up.

Moving Still: A genre-spanning selector tying it all together with rare grooves, Arabic disco edits and global heaters. One of the finest in the country to shut it down.

Across the weekend, expect games, challenges, and chances to win exclusive Beavertown merch.

Enjoy Beavertown responsibly. Complimentary drinks and food on a first-come, first served basis while stocks last.
