Donkobz releases outtake project
Donkobz first came to our attention in September 2017 when he dropped ‘Pigeonz‘ with regular collaborator Alfie South. The duo would go on to release a number of singles together and have garnered an underground following.
He has now released his first solo project entitled ‘Outpatient Outtakez’. According to the Dublin MC it’s a collection of work that he felt wouldn’t fit on a bigger project he’s currently working on.
“I didn’t want to let them go to waste ’cause I thought they should be heard. I reckon most of the content will really hit home with a lot of people, who’ve gone through the same cycle of playing games with your head by constantly going on the rip.
“The whole thing was mixed by Alex Derby who helped me a lot throughout the makings of it, and he also remixed the opening track ‘Derelict Dome’ with his own beat, so I flung that on the end as a bonus track, bringing it to a total of five tracks.”
