Three Dublin DJs, One Night: An Absolut Takeover

Absolut City Mixer lands in Dublin this September, spotlighting the capital’s unrivalled culture of music, art, and community.

On Friday September 26, Electric Garden (Opium) transforms into a one-night block party. There will be Absoluts in hand, local DJs on the decks, and a crowd ready to move.

This series is all about capturing the essence of each city; its venues, sounds, and people. Dublin’s edition is putting three of the most exciting selectors front and centre.

Dylan Fogarty is a groove-driven techno force whose hypnotic sets have lit up clubs from Fabric to Berlin’s Sisyphos. His blend of looped 00’s techno, house, garage, and dub brings a raw DIY ethos that never stays still.

Derv is Dublin’s own queen of the decks. Expect razor-sharp blends that cut through ghetto-techno, house, electro and techno, with a sprinkle of old-school flavours in the mix too.

Dublin/Cork based Tara Casey is an eclectic, high-octane selector whose infectious bounce has seen her share stages with Skin On Skin and Hannah Laing just to name a few. Nostalgia and rhythm collide every set she plays.

Electric Garden is an open air venue in the heart Dublin, focusing on local collectives and international DJs alike. With tickets between €8-€10 (including a complimentary Absolut long serve), this a proper Dublin celebration – for Dubliners, by Dubliners. Shop local, rave global.

Electric Garden, Friday September 26, 20:00 until late.

Tickets available here.
