In October, Fia announced that they had been forced to close their OG home on Rathgar Road where they had been since 2016. Their new location is much bigger enabling them to grow with their dreams.

Founded by Fumbally alum Keith Coleman, FIA conforms to the modern style of cooking that is all about the quality of the ingredients and how you use them. Keith become well known for his innovative style wheel running the supper club at Fumbally and FIA came to be one of the most sought-after bunch spots in Dublin.

Known for super-fresh unpretentious dishes it was also renowned for its service. Friendly and excellent service they developed a reputation as a cafe that treats and pays its staff well.

Here’s hoping the new bigger location will be similar.
