For Those I Love shares new video for ‘Top Scheme’

Words: Dylan Murphy

It’s another hard-hitting visual from the artist.

Dave Balfe aka For Those I Love has released another visual ahead of what appears to be a reworking of his self-titled album.

‘For Those I Love’ hit streaming services last year but was taken off promptly after, fuelling speculation it would be getting a more grand re-release. Following videos for ‘I Have a Love’ and the 47 minute visual for ‘Into A World That Doesn’t Understand It, Unless You’re From It’ he has shared a striking new video for ‘Top Scheme’.

On the cut David says:

“How can we not feel this rage when the therapy costs more than half your wage?”

“It’s just numbers and stats til’ it’s your life.”

The video depicts harrowing stats about suicide, mental health and drugs in Ireland.
