Other Voices is partnering with Bulmers in Geaney’s Yard this year to present some amazing acts throughout the weekend. Between the acts already announced and the intrigue of some mysterious special guests, it’s a place we will definitely be checking out this OV weekend.
This November, as Other Voices returns to Dingle, the Geaney’s Yard performances promise to be a cornerstone of the festival, showcasing a stellar lineup of Irish talent. Nestled right in the heart of Dingle’s Main Street, lies this hub of Irish music you need to check out.
This year’s lineup boasts an incredible range of genres, bringing an eclectic program across the three nights. Friday kicks off with a dynamic lineup of celebrated up and coming Irish acts: Basht, Curtisy, Ahmed, With Love, and Sloucho, will bring a fusion of electronic, hip hop, and rock to the stage. Saturday shifts gears with more of an Indie and R&B blend with Big Sleep, Cliffords, Morgana, Brién, and Kean Kavanagh taking the spotlight. They will offer everything from lo-fi and acoustic to soulful electronic. And if the Sunday scaries are known to burden you, don’t fret. Sunday brings an energetic finale with performances from Modernlove, Silverbacks, New Jackson and Skinner. These dynamic sets are sure to leave festival-goers buzzing long after the weekend.
Aside from the main lineup, there may be some secret surprises thrown in for good measure. All we know is, be at Geaney’s Yard when they happen – or regret missing out. The decision is yours.
The Geaney family have owned the renowned pub since the early 2000’s. Known for its rich history of hosting iconic acts such as Begley and Cooney, The Wolfe Tones, and The Dubliners, Geaney’s Yard is a venue where tradition meets innovation. With live music seven nights a week, the Geaneys are no stranger to entertaining music lovers, tourists and festival goers. Its warm, intimate atmosphere makes it the perfect setting for the festival.
Beyond the incredible lineup, Geaney’s Yard offers a uniquely inviting space where live music and a perfect pint go hand in hand. So, whether you’re discovering a future favourite artist or simply soaking yourself in the vibrant festival buzz, this place has something for everyone. The Bulmers bar at Geaney’s Yard is where it’s at. Mark your calendars, grab your mates, and see you there.
