Jägermeister’s ‘Save The Night’ Initiative is Returning To Dublin

Save The Night has been a paramount pillar of support for Irish nightlife in recent years. Spearheaded by Jägermeister, the initiative champions local talent, giving them the resources to reclaim their city’s nightlife. In addition, one budding local DJ is set to be selected to join the esteemed roster for a set. Get your tickets here.

On 26 September, The Sound House will be taken over by home-grown selectors as part of a Europe-wide campaign to revive nightlife on the continent. DART and Kaycee will be going back-to-back for the first time ever in a venue renowned for harbouring local talent, in what promises to be a standout night. Jägermeister is also running a competition to select one up-and-coming DJ to platform their capabilities and show the future of Dublin’s night is in safe hands. The winner will receive one-to-one mentorship as well as a development fund to grow their network, skills and love for the craft.

DART

A hard house and trance aficionado who has solidified his title as one of the most prominent DJs in Dublin. Dart takes pride in his “old school” sound and style, born from his time digging through the archives of dormant record labels. The beauty of Hard House is that it’s timeless, universal and almost impossible to not move your body to. After a hectic summer, dropping sets at Life Festival, Electric Picnic, D8 in the Garden and even a pitstop to the Mecca of electronic music, Ibiza.

Kaycee

Momentum has been consolidated this year in Kaycee’s DJing pathway. Stellar sets on festival circuits around Ireland caught ears and turned heads. Opening for huge names such as Denis Sulta, ABSOLUTE and Mall Grab has made the most of the opportunity and built a name from the ground up.

Joining the two headliners will be upcoming local DJs Ruan and Kjinn, part of the UCD DJ collective, scouting grassroots talents and giving them the audience to appreciate their skills. This is alongside collective Rathaus, fresh off appearances at Fuinneamh Festival and a Fringe takeover, further cementing the support of native talent. Dublin being a melting pot of cultures and with the Irish tendency to venture abroad, it has resulted in the city having one of the most diverse sounds of any in Europe.
