It comes after the producer and DJ refined the song during sets around the world in 2021.
It’s been a relatively quiet few years for Jamie XX. Seven years have passed since 2015’s GRAMMY, Brit and Mercury Prize nominated album In Colour and two since he released, ‘Idontknow’. However, today, he’s shared a taster of new material due to roll out over the next year.
The joyous ‘LET’S DO IT AGAIN’ lands after the London producer continually refined the song after teasing early versions of it at festivals over the past year. It comes ahead of performances at Coachella (15-17 April & 22-24 April) where Jamie plans to showcase more new music for the first time.
Whilst Jamie works on the follow up to In Colour he’s continuing to work with The xx member Oliver Sim on his debut album Romance With A Memory. Elsewhere, he also hosted the second edition of The xx’s Interludes Radio show on Apple Music 1.
