Jeorge II’s new EP shows the clear progression of an artist with potential

“The deeper you descend, the darker the sound.”

Jeorge II (Jeorge the Second) began sharing music in October 2018 with his first track ‘Stone Wall‘. In the short space of time since then, his rhyming structures and delivery have vastly improved, with the Dublin artist establishing a more unique flow with every release.

In February he began teasing new material out, with a rework of ‘New God Flow’ by Kanye West with production by Sengatics. At a time he describes as “ripe for the Irish music scene”, Jeorge’s new project is now available in full.

A press release says this project introduces the audience to his state of mind over the last year by addressing topics such as mental instability, fears, self-preservation and finally acceptance.

“Exuberant, yet painfully aware of his own shortcomings, this project tells the story of a young man who shed his naivety and easily bruised skin and transitioned into a ‘Stone Wall’ of determination and strength. The deeper you descend, the darker the sound.”

Check it out ‘The Descent’ below with production by Irish producers KOD and Grizz.
