Joe Exotic nearly has a presidential pardon from Trump

The Tiger King star is serving a 22 year prison sentence from animal cruelty and murder-for-hire
Joe Exotic is reportedly “very close” to receiving a presidential pardon from President Trump. This would release him from his 22 year prison sentence for animal cruelty and hiring a hitman to murder fellow ‘Tiger King’ personality Carole Baskin.
According to ABC News, President Trump’s team are going through a number of pardon requests before the end of his term.
Joe Exotic was imprisoned in 2018, just before the Netflix documentary about him was released. Since then, he has become a household name and has gained fans across the world. His fans are demonstrating for his release.
His new found fame has led his legal team to push for a pardon from President Trump. With just one month left of his term, we’ll have to wait and see if Trump will free the Tiger King.
