JyellowL drops new single ‘Quote UnQuote’
The spitter has had a massive year and is ending 2019 on a high.
JyellowL is truly one of Irish rap’s rising stars. He dropped the ‘Me n Me Too’ EP in 2018 and steadily built a reputation as one of the country’s most exciting prospects.
In 2019 the MC has continued to go from strength to strength, making some serious moves inside and outside of the country. He played a string of festival dates over the Summer, had a headline show in London and dropped a number of big singles. One of which ‘Ozone’ made it onto the Fifa 20 playlist, yet he isn’t resting on his laurels coming to the end of 2019.
The rapid-fire MC has released yet another cut that showcases his ear for musicality and impressive flow. ‘Quote UnQuote’ sees the rapper map out his rise and take shots at those wanting success but not willing to put in the work. JyellowL flexes his lyrical muscles on this one, barely pausing to catch his breath throughout. Featuring production from frequent collaborator Chris Kabs, the 808s and head nodding percussion ensures he is seeing out the decade with a bang.
