Kid Cudi Documentary ‘A Kid Named Scott’ dropping November 5

This week, Amazon released a trailer for a forthcoming documentary focusing on the life of rapper and singer Kid Cudi. A Kid Named Scott examines his seminal 2009 album Man on the Moon: The End of Day and his journey through depression and anxiety and willingness to discuss those topics on record.

Directed by Robert Alexander, it is described as a film exploring “over a decade of creative choices, struggles, and breakthroughs.”

Speaking in the trailer Cudi says, “Creating something new and helping people, it’s always been an escape for me.”

A Man Named Scott premieres on Amazon Prime Video on November 5.
