Krewe have expanded further into the Northside
Krewe has hatched a new food truck, and are calling it the SideChick. Describing it as their “bit on the side” the new food truck opened on Thursday, July 8 and is expected to be there “for the summer.”
Operating beside Howth’s Beann Eadair GAA club, which rumour has it serves pints out to thirsty punters.
The colourful truck has a pretty big menu for a four-wheeler, with wings, dirty fries, tendies, burgers and mac n cheese all featured.
Some of the beloved Krewe favourites are there including the voodoo wings, truffle black garlic parmesan tenders and the hot fire chicken burger.
The New Orleans Louisiana inspired bar and eatery based out in Capel Street, prides itself on bringing “the dirty south to the northside”. After a trip to NOLA the team created the menu fusing the flavour of Cajun-Creole cuisine with locally sourcing ingredients.
Krewe sidechick are open for delivery and collection Thursday-Friday from 5pm-10pm and Saturday-Sunday from 4pm-10pm.
You can find Krewe sidechick in Howth’s Beann Eadair GAA club, follow them on Instagram for more information.
