Malaki announces Academy headliner with 40% of profits going to Pieta House

The Dublin rapper is returning to the venue he sold out last year in November.

Following a busy summer of festival slots, Malaki has revealed a forthcoming headliner in The Academy. Additionally, he took to Instagram to announce that 40 per cent of his take from the show will go directly to Pieta House.

Speaking today he said, “I’ve decided to team up with @pieta.house . Pieta is Ireland’s leading suicide and self harm prevention and suicide bereavement charity. If you guys buy a ticket, 40% of the money I make goes directly to Pieta! Mental health is something I touch on In my music and my everyday life so I’m honoured to be able to raise money for such an incredible charity.”

It comes after Malaki performed at the District and Hennessey stage at Body & Soul festival amongst a host of other festival shows.

Joining him on November 4 is Smoothboi Ezra.
