New Duality Trax Compilation in Aid of Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund

The label, founded by Belfast-based DJ and producer Holly Lester, is set to release its second compilation on the December 18, with 100% of the profits going to Palestine.

Holly Lester’s Duality Trax is back with another new release. ‘Visions Vol. 2‘ showcases a carefully curated selection of six emerging and established artists work, with 100% of profits donated to the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund.

Leading the charge is Glasgow’s very own dance music luminary and Sub Club resident, Stevie Cox, who debuts her first solo release on the compilation. Cox introduces listeners to her hypnotic blend of ethereal synths and dynamic drum programming, as a testament to the meticulously crafted sets which have resonated with audiences in Glasgow and beyond.

An ever present fixture in Kyoto’s electronic scene, Stones Taro, takes the reins next with ‘Iron Door‘, skilfully navigating the bridges between breaks, UKG and house. Following suit is rising Australian producer DAWS, who delivers a nostalgic blend of dreamy chords, jacking percussion, and thumping bass. Bsample maestro Gallegos takes the compilation on a raw and crunchy acid journey, promising an adrenaline surging rise of energy.

The VA then takes a psychedelic twist with emkay, an affiliate of Planet Euphorique and Craigie Knowes, offering a perception-altering display of warping synths, shimmering gated vocals, and loose drum patterns. Closing out the compilation is rising star Body Clinic, who seamlessly fuses DnB with prog in ‘159 Revolutions Per Minute,’ against a futuristic backdrop. This young emerging Northern Irish producer encapsulates the concepts and themes that Duality Trax always seeks to platform.

‘Visions Vol. 2’ will be available for digital purchase starting December 8th, 2023, inviting music enthusiasts to embark on a journey that transcends boundaries, in support of children in Palestine.
