New vegan-friendly cafe cropped up in Dublin 18

By Emily Mullen

I said a hip hop the hippie to the hippie

A very accomodating cafe has launched in Sandyford, offering vegetarian and vegan options, alongside peanut-free and gluten-free options.

Operating out of the busy Sandyford Industrial Estate, Hipkey Cafe sells coffee, plus sweet and savory treats (like dumplings) from Susus Kitchen.

Aiming to support “sustainable practices” Hipkey Cafe offers takeaway plus delivery options around Dublin.

There’s also an aerial gym set up in the back of the cafe, presumably for some swigs of coffee for when things get back to normal.

Hipkey Cafe is open Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm and from 10am – 4pm on Saturday, out of 66D Heather Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, follow them on Instagram for more information.

Elsewhere on District: Chimac are finally selling their sauces by the bottle
