Tebi Rex release sophomore album ‘It’s Gonna Be Okay’

Words: Dylan Murphy

The Kildare duo have come through with a new full length LP that features Local Boy, ROE and more.

Tebi Rex are, if anything unpredictable and on their latest full length release they’ve gone further down an experimental rabbit hole, edging away from the alt-hip hop sound they burst on to the scene with in favour of exploring rock and a myriad of other sounds.

It’s Gonna Be Okay sees the pair work witt Local Boy, ROE and a host of other acts and comes off the back of their music featuring in Normal People and performances at SXSW and Eurosonic.

It’s Gonna Be Okay follows the release of the 2019 debut album, The Young Will Eat The Old.

Tebi Rex head out on a UK tour in 2022, you can grab tickets for their November show in Opium Rooms here.
