As with anything in the internet age, it’s also become a furnace for meme content with clips of the artist breakdowns spreading like wildfire on Twitter when the songwriting is less than impressive.

However, over the weekend our timelines were dominated by an account sharing lyrics from songs out of context. ‘Lyric cards that look like shitposts’ uses the lyric card function that places words from songs onto a shareable image.
