Inchicore gets another new restaurant, this time an Indian named Kari on Emmett Road.

The team behind Konkan, which has two locations in Dundrum and on Clanbrassil Street, have used a similar MO with Kari. However, they have gone with a new name. Shri Bala food researcher, says that ‘kari’ is the Tamil word for any mutton dish.

Much like Konkan, Kari is an Indian restaurant with bits kicking off at three fifty, with mains starting from around eighteen euros. Their menu is full of quintessential dishes, such as Jalfrezi, Biryani, and Vindaloo.

No word on opening hours as of yet, but safe to say they’ll be open from five over the weekend if you’re looking for a new Dublin 8 spot.
