Uly is clearing his head with ‘cold water’ in new video

The Dublin songwriter has dropped his first music video directed by Dave Fox and shot by Ronan Nissenbaum.

Uly’s stature has risen quickly in recent months and he’s provided visual treatment for arguably his best track to date.

‘cold water’ is the musical manifestation of finding that thing or place that brings you peace. For Uly choosing to focus on music more meant that it wasn’t quite work and it wasn’t quite a hobby, with the lines being blurred the very thing that brought him solace was becoming an added stress.

After keeping an open mind and trying new things he found that hitting the coast with his friends and immersing himself in the cold water of the sea was the perfect antidote.

His latest video is an ode to his newly discovered happy place and a thank you to the friends that helped get him there.
