It’s the fifth time Nardwuar has interviewed Tyler.
There’s few greater experiences than seeing an artist’s jaw drop when Nardwuar pulls out a rare fact from their past. The Canadian Duracell battery in the most prepared interviewer in the game and over the years has won respect from acts ranging from Pharrell, Jay-Z and Billie Eilish to Lil Uzi Vert.
He’s interviewed one-time Odd Future member Tyler, The Creator four times already and today, he’s released his fifth interview with the cultural disruptor.
They met up at Beat Street Records in Vancouver, BC Canada for a new 43 minute chat where they dig into who inspired Tyler to produce, his teachers and his love of boats.
