Attention Collectives: Here’s How You Can Perform At Electric Picnic

Attention Collectives: Here’s How You Can Join The Party At Electric Picnic.

Smirnoff has launched its new music campaign; Smirnoff Sound Nation. Built on the belief that music is for everyone – no matter your taste, background or how you move to the beat, all tastes become one party.

Ahead of the return of The Smirnoff Stage at Electric Picnic, Smirnoff Sound Nation has started its search for up-and-coming collectives to make their mark on at Ireland’s largest music and arts festival. The hunt for the next generation of tastemakers and creatives has begun. Smirnoff Sound Nation is looking to give a platform to those who are crying out for it. Any walk of life, any facet of art and any creative vision.

Last year we saw Smirnoff spotlight some of Ireland’s most exciting collectives such as The Minaw CollectiveSíolta Circus and Mo Cultivation, who brought their individual creative talents into The Smirnoff Stage alongside top international and Irish DJs. The appetite for homegrown talent has never been more ravenous and it’s here that we’ll see the chosen collectives display their talents. Whether you’re a small creative business, a collective, or a community group with products to sell — this is your opportunity to be part of Ireland’s biggest music and arts festival.

Smirnoff is looking for bold, independent voices to help shape the experience. No matter your craft or background, if you’re creating something original, we want to hear from you.

Opportunities like this are the springboard which can catapult a collective in front of the eyes of fans who are longing for a new obsession, and Smirnoff is supplying that stage. Where else better than Electric Picnic?

Applications close on Sunday August 10th at 11.59pm, with a winning group being selected by Tuesday August 12th.
