Beyond The Pale announces stage times for this weekend

Words: Eva O’Beirne

Taking place in Glendalough Estate in Wicklow from Friday 10 June – Sunday 12, the festival marries naturalistic scenery with the best kind of music to soundtrack the settings.

Ahead of the inaugural edition of the festival this weekend, Beyond The Pale has released its full stage times and timetable of events. Tickets for Beyond The Pale are available from their website now.

With only 5,000 tickets available and a sophisticated approach to curation alongside a god-tier selection of food and drink, it’s built for the heads that keep their ear to the ground but don’t want to compromise on the finer things in life.

Kicking off things on Friday at 17:00 are James Kavanagh and The Mary Wallopers on the Beyond The Plate stage for a special edition of James’ podcast What Did You Eat This Week?

Also at this time, resident DJs Chord Memory, Zonja and Eddie Kay will take to the Strawberry Fields stage while Jio is playing The Big Romance stage.

As for those listed in our top picks for the festival, Carrie Baxter will be playing the Selective Memory stage at 17:15, followed by Nealo at 19:10. Four Tet will take to The Big Romance stage at 00:00.

Emmet Kirwan will perform his cult favourite show Dublin Old School alongside Ian Lloyd Anderson at 20:00 on the Strawberry Fields stage.

Saturday’s events and performances kick off at 12:00, with Soul Jam taking to The Big Romance stage at that time. Also available are a foraging walk and a “Nourish Your Hangover” yoga session.

Soda Blonde will keep the vibes going on the Main Stage at 17:45, while another one of our “ones to watch” Jazz Supernova will take to the Selective Memory stage at 00:15.

Sunday is also a packed affair, with The Mary Wallopers (17:45-18:45), James Vincent McMorrow (20:45-21:45) and Orbital (22:15-23:45) all playing the Main Stage.

Lisa Hannigan will be playing the Main Stage from 17:30 to 18:30 while Poté will be taking to The Big Romance at 20:00.
