Explore the unique settings and take in exclusive performances. Jameson and All Together Now have teamed up to make Jameson Connects: The Circle the must-see area at the festival, and we’ve got the lowdown on what to expect.
Jameson Connects: The Circle is returning this year, bringing over 30 acts, full of diversity of sound and creating engaging conversations.
Some of the best Irish talent will take the stage over the weekend. After dropping his debut album last year, SELLÓ has seen his recent music videos go viral and been nominated for Artist of the Year at RTÉ Choice Music Awards. Pillow Queens have equally seen success also being nominated for the Irish Artist of the Year by RTÉ. Bricknasty will also be performing in a midnight slot on the Saturday, coming off of a recently acclaimed album release with ‘ina crueler’.
On Friday, enjoy an electronic theme surrounding The Circle with performances from The Cope, Jay Pei and Abbacaxi. Perfect to start off the weekend and instil the festival energy into all of us. A mix of visceral and ethereal dance music to kick off a weekend of huge variety.
Delve into punk and indie on Saturday where Sorcha Richardson, Sprints and RTÉ Artist of the Year nominee Pillow Queens have performance slots. Here, Abbacaxi and Pillow Queens are set to unveil a special collaboration of never before heard music. This unexpected collaboration sees an unorthodox and unique mix of indie and house we’ve never witnessed either act explore.
Finish up the bank holiday weekend with TraviS & Elzzz, Khakikid and Selló all playing back-to-back and showcasing the pinnacle of Irish rap. TraviS & Elzzz‘s Full Circle made history, being the highest-charting Irish rap album of all time and alongside Selló are guaranteed to shut the stage down.
Jameson has shone a spotlight on artists who are making waves in Ireland and have the potential to break into the mainstream. Bricknasty is one of the most unique bands Ireland has seen this decade. This being their first summer of performing ‘ina crueler’, this is the chance to catch them before they blow up.
Negro Impacto is also an example of The Circle’s fantastic curation, The Dundalk duo get crowds moving wherever they go with their neo-soul sound produced by Laurence Kapinga and vocals by Chi Chi.
BBC Radio 1 DJ, Gemma Bradley, will be hosting conversations throughout the weekend. Her live chats explore the deeper intricacies of festivals and the collaboration at the heart of them.
Good festival fits are essential to get your hands on the coveted limited edition pieces from the Jameson x Dickies collaboration which launched in June at the Crafted Together Fitting Room. One of the best fashion collaborations coming out of Ireland this year, you can build that perfect look with stylists Ben Harte, Tobi Balogun and Rebecca Ewnetu. Cop some exclusives with this limited-time drop then grab a drink at the Jameson bar.
The Circle has compiled aspects of Irish culture and music like no other at All Together Now. Ear-to-the-ground curation gives us some of the most highly anticipated acts of the week.
