The fourth instalment of the Song Machine series is a woozy and psychedelic offering.
Gorillaz have continued their star-studded collaboration series ‘Song Machine’.
Following songs with slowthai, Slaves, Peter Hook and a host of others they’ve recruited BBC Sound of 2019 winner Octavian. ‘Friday 13th’ sees video appearances from Essie Gang head honcho Octavian, 2D, Noodle, Murdoc and Russel all self-filmed at home during lockdown.
2D recently took time out from contemplation to beam a socially distanced performance of Song Machine Episode 3 Aries into Jimmy Kimmel Live. You can watch that performance here.
