Man who creates penis shapes with his running routes encourages others to join his ‘junkruns’

Adam Linsell is keen to create a space where you can share your runs and get your “mates laughing ‘hard'”
Some run well, some bad. Some in straight lines, others in the shapes of penises, Adam Linsell is one such man. The Welwyn Garden City-resident has used his newfound talent for good, not for plastering all over social media. Describing himself as “a fat bloke running penis shapes around” Linsell has been running around his Hertfordshire locale to raise money for Testicular Cancer.
Linsell dusted off his running shoes just a couple of weeks ago as a way to get back into shape after Christmas. Through his use of the ‘Couch to 5k’ app the air conditioning engineer quickly learned that he could form shapes out of his runs. Screenshots of these unique runs “went down a storm,” when Linsell shared them on Facebook he told whtimes.co.uk.
Typically Linsell plans out his running route beforehand so as not to make any mistakes and god forbid create a different shape. While clocking up some solid jaunts around the 6km mark, Linsell assured the paper that his runs do not shrink based on the temperature,
Encouraging others to join in on such runs Linsell took to Twitter to promote what he describes as a “#JunkRun”. According to Linsell the hashtag is for sharing suitable runs and is a space to get your “mates laughing ‘hard'”.
Many celebrities have commended Linsell on his exertions, with Russell Brand tweeting “this is the way to approach all disease, by drawing cocks ‘pon the earth.”
