Sónar

Date: 12-14 June

Location: Barcelona

If you love electronic music, you’ll love Sónar. This is a festival which not only champions music, but sees curation as an art, and is set against the magic of Barcelona in early summer. The lineup always delivers, balancing underground innovators with huge names, and the split between Sónar by Day (chilled out and creative) and Sónar by Night (massive, high-energy raves) makes it feel like two festivals in one. For the real music nerds out there, there’s also Sónar+D, where music meets futuristic tech, digital art, and pushes creativity to the next level.
